By booking a service or training, you consent to our:
Deposit:
• The deposit is 25% of your service; and goes towards the payment of your service.
• (Refer to the “refund policy” section below)
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment
- Any cancellations under 48 hours will result in a flat fee of $30 to be paid via invoice.
- Failure to make payment will result in ineligibility for future bookings
No Show / Same Day Cancellation Policy:
- No shows and same day cancellations will be charged a flat fee of $50 to be paid via invoice.
- Failure to make payment will result in ineligibility for future bookings
Rescheduling Policy:
- 1 reschedule per deposit
- If you need to reschedule a second time, you must rebook online.
Late Policy:
• There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
Sick Policy:
- Please do not book if you are experiencing symptoms of sickness, have been around someone contagious, OR if you're unsure that you're sick. Ex: COVID-19, flu, strep throat, fever, chills, body aches, runny nose, sore throat, coughing, congestion, sneezing, allergies, pink eye, etc.
- Failure to adhere to the sick policy (coming in to your appointment visibly sick) will result in a cancellation of appointment + cancellation fee
